2. Enquiries and Quotes

Product listings on our website are for reference only. Prices, availability and specifications may vary based on quantity, fabric, design complexity and other factors. When you submit an enquiry, we'll get back to you with a quote and further details before any order is confirmed.

3. Orders and Payment

• An order is only confirmed once both parties agree on design, quantity, price and delivery timeline.
• We may require a deposit or full payment in advance before starting production, especially for custom or bulk orders.
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of quotation.

4. Custom Designs

• For custom or personalized orders, you're responsible for making sure any logos, images or text you provide don't infringe on someone else's copyright or trademark.
• We'll usually share a design proof or sample before full production. Please review it carefully, as production begins only after your approval.
• Minor variations in color or print placement may occur due to the nature of sublimation and screen printing. These are considered normal and not defects.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on order size, design complexity and current production schedules. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
• We're not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Some content on this website, including designs, mockups and artwork, is created in-house by our design team, and some images (such as reference photos and stock visuals) are sourced from the internet for illustration purposes only. All such content is used for the purpose of showcasing our products and services and may not be copied, downloaded or reused without our permission. Any custom artwork you provide remains your property, but you give us permission to use it solely for producing your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver high-quality products every time, but we're not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order itself.
